I work with service businesses in Boston and across the US with a focus on local services like HVAC, solar and remodeling plus select E-commerce brands.

You'll be working with me.

Not a junior media buyer.

For over a decade, I ran my own company on phone calls, networking and referrals. It worked...until I hit a ceiling I couldn't get past.

That experience stayed with me.

Before Adamalis, I worked across law firms, retail, biotech and recruiting, and I saw the same thing over and over: good businesses staying smaller than they should for reasons that are fixable.

When you hire me, you get me.

The same person on every call, every month.

FAQs

Your Questions Answered: Insightful Support for Your Marketing Journey

How do I know whether I need Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO or all three?

Start with the problem you're trying to solve, not the platform. If people are searching for what you do and not finding you, that's Google Ads and SEO - ads buy you the top of the page today, SEO earns it over time. When a furnace quits at 6am, that person is on their phone. Facebook and Instagram are the opposite: nobody scrolling is looking for a plumber, but the jobs people think about for a while - a remodel, a roof, new windows - go to whoever they already recognize. You may not need all three yet.

Why am I getting website traffic but not enough calls or leads?

More traffic doesn't mean more customers. People land on your site and leave without calling because they can't tell in 3 seconds what you do, where you work, or how to reach you. What happens after they land on your site? Is there a form or a chat they can use, and how fast do you actually get back to someone? Often they leave simply because nothing makes you the safer bet than the other 4 guys they're calling. I would look at all of this before advising you on where to spend your money.

How long does it take for digital marketing to start working?

It depends on what's already in place and, honestly, on your budget. Ads are faster than SEO, but on a small daily budget you're waiting for enough clicks to add up to a pattern and then some weeks won't produce a lead at all. That isn't the campaign failing, it's math. With enough budget behind it, I'll have a good read on what's working within a few months. SEO builds slower than that and keeps building. It's also why I ask for a 4-month minimum - nothing in marketing is an overnight success.

How do I know which marketing is actually generating customers?

Most owners can't tell me, and it isn't their fault - nobody set it up so they could. To know, you need calls tracked, forms tracked, and a way to tie a booked job back to the ad or page that brought that person in. Without it you're looking at website visits and guessing. This is almost always the first thing I find when I go through an account: money going out every month with no way to know which half of it is working. Fixing that usually saves more than spending more would have made.

What happens during the free Business & Marketing Audit?

The goal is to find out what's costing you jobs before you spend more money fixing the wrong thing. I look at how you show up when someone searches for your business, what your ads are actually paying for, whether your website gives anyone a reason to call, and what happens to a lead once it lands - who gets it, how fast, and whether anyone follows up. You'll come away knowing what I'd address first and why. No obligation to hire me for any of it.

How much should I spend on marketing?

You'll see 5-10% of revenue quoted everywhere, but that's the number for established companies doing $3M+. Under $1M, it's closer to 10-15%, because you don't yet have the repeat customers and referrals a bigger company runs on. On $500K that's roughly $4,000-$6,000 a month. If you've heard 30%, that's 30% of gross profit, not revenue - same ballpark.

That figure covers the whole thing: what you pay someone to run it and what actually reaches Google and Facebook.

Will I own my ad accounts, my website and my data?

Yes. All of it in your name - your domain, your website, your Google Business Profile, your ad accounts and the data in them. You add me as a user so I can do the work. Google and Meta bill you directly, so your ad money never passes through me. If you ever decide to move on, you keep everything and nothing has to be rebuilt. I put that in writing before we start. Agencies that keep your accounts in their name do it so you can't leave. I'm not interested in holding anybody's business hostage.

Who is actually doing the work?

You work with me. There's no account manager, no handoff, and nobody learning on your account. I have a small team behind me for production work, which is how things still get done when I'm busy - but the strategy and the decisions are mine, and I'm the person you talk to. If something goes sideways on a Friday afternoon, you're not filing a ticket, you're texting the person who built it.

Do I have to sign a contract?

I ask for a 4-month minimum. The first month is setup - there's no way around that. Then things have to run for a while before there's enough real data to act on. That's when it starts paying off - putting more behind what's booking jobs and shutting off what's wasting spend. If you stop before then, you've paid for the build and got none of the return. After the 4 months, we're month-to-month. And if something isn't working, you'll hear it from me before you have to ask.
