We may also receive information relating to advertising accounts, websites, CRM systems, analytics platforms, business listings, customer journeys, lead generation systems, or other business systems when you authorize us to review or manage them.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit or interact with the Site, certain information may be collected automatically through cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, server logs, and similar technologies.

This information may include your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, approximate geographic location derived from IP address, form interactions, advertising interactions, conversion activity, and other website usage information.

BUSINESS & MARKETING AUDITS

When you request a complimentary or paid Business & Marketing Audit, we may collect and analyze information about your business, website, advertising, search visibility, business listings, reviews, online presence, lead flow, marketing systems, competitors, and other publicly available or voluntarily supplied information.

We may use third-party technology and software tools to assist in gathering, organizing, analyzing, or presenting this information.

An audit is intended to provide marketing and business-growth insights based on the information reasonably available to us at the time. Recommendations may change if additional information becomes available.

Submitting an audit request does not obligate you to hire Adamalis Marketing Agency to implement any recommendations.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use information we collect to operate and improve our Site; respond to inquiries; schedule consultations; prepare audits and growth plans; provide marketing and consulting services; communicate with prospects and clients; manage client relationships; provide customer support; administer advertising campaigns; analyze marketing performance; measure conversions and attribution; improve websites, landing pages, funnels, advertising, SEO, AEO, CRM systems, and follow-up processes; send appointment confirmations and reminders; send marketing communications where permitted; maintain records; prevent fraud or misuse; protect our rights and systems; comply with legal obligations; and otherwise operate Adamalis Marketing Agency.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, reporting, benchmarking, service improvement, and business planning, provided the information does not reasonably identify an individual.

COOKIES, PIXELS, ANALYTICS & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand how visitors use it, measure marketing performance, and support advertising.

These technologies may include services provided by Google, including Google Analytics and Google advertising or measurement tags; Meta, including Meta Pixel and Conversions API; LinkedIn, including the LinkedIn Insight Tag; GoHighLevel, including website, CRM, form, scheduling, and tracking technologies; and email-related technologies that may tell us whether an email has been delivered, opened, or interacted with.

Some technologies are necessary for the Site to function properly. Others help us analyze usage, measure advertising effectiveness, understand conversions, create audiences, or deliver advertising that may be more relevant to users.

Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Where we provide a cookie-preference tool, you may also use that tool to adjust available preferences.

Disabling some technologies may affect certain website features or our ability to measure how the Site is being used.

ADVERTISING & RETARGETING

Adamalis may use information collected through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to measure advertising campaigns, understand whether visitors take actions after seeing advertisements, create advertising audiences, and deliver or support advertising on third-party platforms.

These platforms may include Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other advertising or analytics providers.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

However, certain uses of advertising and analytics technologies may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising” under the privacy laws of some states. Where applicable law provides you with a right to opt out of those activities, we will honor valid requests as required by law.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not disclose personal information to third parties simply for them to use however they choose.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate our business or provide services, including to website hosting providers; CRM and marketing automation providers; analytics providers; advertising and social-media platforms; email and communications providers; scheduling and form providers; contractors and service providers assisting Adamalis; payment processors; professional advisers such as accountants, attorneys, or insurers; government agencies or law-enforcement authorities when disclosure is required or permitted by law; and a purchaser or successor in connection with a merger, sale, reorganization, transfer, or other disposition of some or all of the business.

Third parties that process information for us may have their own privacy policies and contractual obligations governing their handling of information.

STRIPE AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

When payment is required for a service, payment processing may be provided through Stripe or another disclosed payment processor.

Payment-card information submitted through Stripe is processed by Stripe. Adamalis Marketing Agency does not intend to directly store your complete credit- or debit-card number, security code, or other full payment-card credentials on its own systems.

Stripe's collection and use of payment information is governed by Stripe's own terms and privacy practices.

We may receive limited transaction information from Stripe, such as your name, billing details, transaction status, amount paid, payment date, or other information necessary for accounting and client administration.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

If you provide your email address, we may use it to respond to inquiries, provide requested information, communicate regarding appointments or services, send client-related communications, and send marketing communications where permitted by law.

Commercial marketing emails from Adamalis will include a method for opting out of future marketing communications.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in the message or by contacting [email protected].

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent us from sending necessary transactional or service-related communications, such as appointment information, invoices, security notices, or communications regarding services you have requested or purchased.

Federal law gives recipients the right to opt out of commercial marketing emails, and businesses must honor qualifying opt-out requests.

TEXT MESSAGES AND SMS COMMUNICATIONS

If you provide a mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages from Adamalis Marketing Agency, we may send texts relating to inquiries, appointments, reminders, services, follow-up communications, and, where you have provided the appropriate consent, marketing communications.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may withdraw consent to receive text messages at any time by replying STOP or otherwise communicating that you no longer wish to receive texts. You may also contact us at [email protected].

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services unless otherwise permitted by law.

We will honor legally valid revocation requests in accordance with applicable law. FCC rules recognize that consumers may revoke covered text-message consent through reasonable methods, including standard opt-out responses such as STOP.

CLIENT DATA AND INFORMATION PROCESSED FOR CLIENTS

In providing marketing services, Adamalis may receive or access information belonging to a client or relating to the client's customers, prospects, leads, employees, advertising accounts, CRM records, websites, analytics systems, or other business operations.

Where Adamalis processes information on behalf of a client, the client is responsible for having the legal rights, permissions, notices, and consents necessary for the client to collect and provide that information to Adamalis.

Adamalis will use client-provided information for the purpose of providing the agreed services, administering the client relationship, complying with law, protecting our rights, and other purposes authorized by the client or permitted by applicable law.

A client's own privacy policy may govern the information that the client collects from its customers or prospects.

DATA RETENTION

We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to provide services, maintain business and accounting records, comply with contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect our rights, and maintain appropriate business records.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the nature of the relationship, and applicable legal or operational requirements.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, destroy, anonymize, or de-identify it, subject to legal and technical limitations.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No website, internet transmission, electronic storage system, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by us.

Massachusetts law imposes specific safeguards on businesses that own or license the categories of Massachusetts resident information defined under Chapter 93H, and 201 CMR 17.00 requires covered businesses to maintain an appropriate written information security program.

YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply to Adamalis Marketing Agency, you may have rights concerning certain personal information, which may include the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; opt out of certain marketing communications; or opt out of certain targeted-advertising or data-sharing activities where required by law.

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions, verification requirements, or limitations.

To submit a privacy-related request, contact:

[email protected]

Please include enough information for us to understand and reasonably verify your request.

We will respond as required by applicable law.

We do not charge a fee merely for submitting a privacy request, although applicable law may permit fees in limited circumstances for excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded requests.

THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

The Site may contain links to websites, platforms, social networks, software, or services operated by third parties.

Adamalis does not control the privacy practices, content, security, or policies of third-party services, and this Privacy Policy does not govern information you provide directly to those third parties.

You should review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party service you use.

SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

Adamalis Marketing Agency may maintain profiles, pages, advertising accounts, or other presences on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and other third-party services.

Information you provide to or through those platforms may be separately collected and processed by the platform in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Our use of platform-provided information is also subject to applicable platform terms and policies.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site and Adamalis Marketing Agency's services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact [email protected] so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

DO NOT TRACK AND BROWSER PRIVACY SIGNALS

Some browsers and devices provide privacy signals or “Do Not Track” settings.

Because standards and legal requirements concerning these signals continue to evolve, the Site may not respond uniformly to every browser-based signal.

Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid opt-out preference signal, Adamalis will take reasonable steps to comply.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, services, legal requirements, or business operations.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy.

Material changes may also be communicated through the Site or by another appropriate method when required by law.

Your continued use of the Site following an update means that the revised Privacy Policy will apply to information collected after the effective date of the update, subject to applicable law.
